What is it?


This is a fully-guided online 7-day challenge hosted by me. You will be eating only delicious raw food meals for a week as an opportunity to experience the profound benefits this lifestyle can offer.

Who is it for?

Anyone is welcome to join, whether you are a complete beginner, transitioning, or are returning to the lifestyle.

This is for you if:

• You are completely new to raw

• You are curious to try it for yourself (but want guidance/support)

• You are needing a kickstart after falling off

• You are always tired and low on energy

• You want new ideas and healthy recipes

• You want better health

• You want to detox your body and shed excess weight

What will you learn?

You’ll learn all about a raw food diet, why it is beneficial to your health, and what you can expect if you continue eating this way.

You'll learn how to create yummy raw meals that don't require using heat or oil, spending hours in the kitchen, or needing fancy or expensive equipment (like a dehydrator).

This challenge is all about making raw foods feel fun and realistic for you, so that you walk away feeling confident about continuing this on your own.

You can expect to feel AMAZING!!! A week on raw will give you a good taste of what life can be like eating long term on the diet. Things can start shifting very quickly as your body begins receiving a deep level of nutrition, hydration and energy.

Meet Coach Amy


Hi, I'm Amy. I discovered the raw food diet after struggling with my own health in my mid-20s.

Since changing the way I eat, I've experienced huge improvements in my digestion, energy, skin, and overall wellbeing, all by returning to a natural, nourishing way of living.

Iʼve been eating fruit-based raw since 2019, and Iʼm as passionate about it today as I was when I first started.

Eating this way has helped me feel more energised, clear-minded, vibrant, and connected to myself. It's given me the energy and vitality to pursue my passions and genuinely feel good in my body again.

I created this challenge because I want you to experience what's possible when you start incorporating more living foods too. It is my goal to show you how simple, enjoyable and life-changing a raw vegan diet can be!


Questions

Nothing crazy, but you will need access to a high-speed blender, food processor, juicer and spiraliser for the recipes. If you don't have any of the following, you can always borrow from friends/family or rent.

This challenge is not about restriction at all, it's about abundance! There is no portion control or calorie restrictions. You will be eating 3 meals a day + snacks, and you are always welcome to eat more if you are still hungry.

This will depend on where you live and your access to good quality produce. I have designed the meal plan to be as affordable as possible. Many meals use ingredients that will be used in other recipes to prevent wastage. Think less of the week being an "expense", and more as an amazing investment in your health.

Please avoid any foods you have reactions to. The meal plan is structured, but it is still flexible to work around your preferences and what is available to you. You are welcome to swap out ingredients for something different if you prefer.
